Amina Abromand has already held the newly created position of Vice President Corporate Development since December 2023 and in this role supports the management in the strategic orientation and development of basecom GmbH & Co. KG and basecom Inc. Her activities will focus in particular on the areas of customer centricity and the planning, structuring and implementation of complex projects in all areas of business and corporate development. The company’s strong growth trajectory in recent years is set to continue in the coming years. The new position within the organizational structure will provide additional support for this course in the future. Amina has been associated with basecom since 2015 and was significantly involved in setting up the UX department, which she has successfully led as Head of UX since 2019. Amina Abromand has been a member of the Leadership Board as Business Manager to CEO since 2021 and has already helped to shape the positive development of basecom GmbH & Co. KG in this position. Most recently, she played a leading role in the development of our US branch basecom Inc. in Raleigh, USA. As a long-standing employee, Amina knows the company very well and also has all the professional and personal qualifications to take on responsibility for basecom in her new position.
